Forget Pepper Balls (except for the wipers), use regular paintballs. Now thats sweet I wonder if it would be alloud at game or not. The average velocity is between 290FPS and 320FPS so its just there and possible slightly above. It may be possible to open it up and lower the velocity a little too.

It takes a lot of prepping to get a good coat, my mistake when first powder coating was not prepping the gun properly. It still turned out alright and its been really durable. I'll have my 98C at the next game so you can see it if you want.
The tools include the powder coating gun, an oven strictly for powder coating (can't be used for food after wards unless there is a lot of cleaning).
The powder if put on the gun by an electrical charge so bare metal that can conduct a current is necessary. I've been told you can powder coat multiple layers but you must make sure the powder is the same kind (not necessarily same color) and cure specs. Generally, for putting on another coat, you preheat the metal so the other coat will adhere better.
Generally to cure the powder coat, you bake at 385* for 18 minutes after flow out.

I am going to make this one for sure!!!!! I don't care if my back is broken I will be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could probably bring a wheel chair for you. The problem with that is I would push and you would be the paint shield as I advance ;D .
