Here is a fill recipe I made awhile back:
The paint mixture is: 1 Gallon water 1lb Corn Starch 8-16oz (depending on color) poster paint 1 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup mint mouthwash
The water, corn starch, and paint are mixed together cold. Heated to a boil till thick and the rest is added while the mixture is cooling. The end result is sludge like paint that makes an excellent fill. Its very thick and heavy getting a good solid spray that is not easily hidden.

A while back I produced grenades, easily over a thousand. Its not that hard. For the most part, I used metal washers as they slid off easier and made a more reliable and adjustable grenade.
A washable fill, I have a paint recipe that is rather nice (inexpensive fill and thick) and I'm working on some better fills that will last a long time too.

After about 8 hours of work, most of it prep time, I present the new paint job on Spikes 98C: I experimented on the powder coating technique and I think it turn out rather nice. Its painted with flat black and transparent red but the transparent red put a gloss on the flat black. It is powder coat and should be extremely durable. I still have to get the new internals, clean and polish the internals from over spray, and assemble. I will update this thread as it happens. I hope you like it Spike ;D .
