Does anyone know if the JT Flex 8 goggle\helmet system comes apart? Why I ask is the one without the helmet is more $, than the one with the helmet. Personally I would prefer the one with out. Was hoping the helmet comes off and I can save a few bucks.

Hey Timberghost, did this work out for you? I am wanting a new mask, and was wondering about the Flex8.

I'm not sure how much a Flex 8 is in the real world, but I can get them for $60.

well i own a flex 8 and they are very comfy and the replacement lenses are not bad price either but i say spend 20 more and go with the vents i LOVE this mask and the lense pops out in seconds for cleaning looks evil with a german helmet too lol

I agree with Rehab...I use the E-Vents goggles and I can literally change the lense in 30 seconds or less....nice and comfy as well. The only complaint I had is that the vents don't offer as much ventilation as some of the other masks but it's an acquired feeling.
