This is an open invitation to Team Walkons and friends to play at Voorhees Woods Paintball Field in Yamhill, OR. The field will be open to the public on SATURDAY MAY 24th. Free entry, BYOP, BYOA (I do have 5 scubas but I can't guarantee air for everyone if a ton of players show up so come with a full tank just to be sure, I can do refills all day or until we run out, just kick me down a couple bucks if you need air). We do not have paint for sale.
The current field is 2 acres of wooded terrain with many man-made bunkers (and we will be expanding into an additional acre soon). It's all about honest and honorable players, there will be no refs. 12.5 bps limit. You'll need to sign a typical waiver, we will have them there. It's all about fun and we're pretty laid back as long as you can follow the goggle/barrel sock rules.
Safety briefing & rules at 11:45 am Saturday May 24th. Game on at noon. We usually play for 4 or 5 hours with short breaks (5 to 15 minutes) between games.
Location: Just Google “NW Tupper Rd, Yamhill, OR”. Tupper Rd is a gravel road, you turn on to Tupper Rd off of Pike Rd (AKA NW Turner Creek Rd) and go about 1 mile down Tupper road. The field is at the very West end of Tupper Rd.
Cars park near the green metal shop building. 4wd vehicles & trucks may be able to drive directly down to the field depending on conditions.
Cell reception is pretty much non existent at the field.
Come out & sling it!
Also, do not fill your hopper for the first game, the first game will be limited ammo with paint provided for you on the field.
