The Battle that changed America!!
General George G. Meade - Union Army of the Potomac
General Robert E. Lee - Confederate Army of Northern Virginia
The Battle takes place in Gettysburg, PA
Come join the armies, help to decide the fate of the United States of America or the Confederate States of America...whichever side you decide to support.
Game 1: Picketts Charge
Armies will stand shoulder to shoulder in a line across the battlefield. Opposing armies will be facing each other with a distance of about 80 yards between the two. This battle will be fought in a volley style, where players will load (pump marker) on one command, then Aim as next command, and Fire as 3rd command. once the volley is done, the hit players sit on the ground in the place they stood and are eliminated. then the ranks march 2 paces forward and continue on with another volley of fire. This will continue for the set time limit for this game. The team with the most amount of "live" players left at the time limit will win this battle. Game time: depends on amount of players present.
Game 2: Jeb Stuart and George Custer's Calvary battle.
Each will start at opposing ends of the field. there will be 3 stations on the field each with a different colored felt tip marker. Each player will be issued a 3x5 card that must be carried on the player it was issued to at all times. Cannot be transferred from one player to another. Players will earn points for each different colored mark on their card, up to total of 3 points per player (1 point for each different color). Once the game starts, you cannot step off the field and re-enter. If you run out of paint or air, you must remain on the field to make your points count. Unlimited respawns, unlimited rounds and air. Game time: 45 min
lunch break
Battle 3: Seminary Ridge
Unlimited respawns. Unlimited rounds. Time: 30min
Each army will start at opposing sides of the field and each will have a building to defend with an undetermined amount of 'Paper Plate' targets to protect. The object of the game is to infiltrate enemy territory and shoot the opposing armys 'paper plate' targets. Points are awarded for each opposing army "paper plate" target that has been shot. Players must remain on the field for the duration of the game. Those who step off the field cannot re-enter the game.
