There should be a rip clip adapter. I still haven't gotten a straight reply from BT on when this marker will hit production. I expect it to be in the $450-$500 range with a rip clip

Well the top of it looks just like the BT-4, and ther rip-clip can be put on those, so im betting that the rip clip will work.

Word is there will need to be an adapter for the rip clip to fit.
I heard msrp to be around $600 but who is to say what people will be charging for this.
$600 is pretty steep i can picture it being sold just under $500
I do believe I will be getting one of these.

It looks to be a nice setup, but not for $600 + cost of rip clip

Yes and no. Figure the cost of say a new A-5 with E-grip + Shroud + stock + any thing you do to the internals to make it more efficient on air you are pretty much in the same ballpark as far as costs go.
The plus with the A-5 is you can style it to your likes.
Good news for me this is the style I like to me it's a good deal.

I just talked to BT on the phone. 6-8 weeks ETA for public release. Expect it to be ~$429. I don't know if that was MAP, MSRP or what, but either way that's great news.
[edit] I forgot to mention, no word on when the rip clip adapter will be available

I had the opportunity to demo this gun at HB08. I was not very impressed with it. Yes it was light in weight and shot a good pattern, but it was very unreliable in performance. It shot when it wanted too and not any other time that I really needed it to. The turn on button also broke so I only was able to shoot 2 pods and one hopper through it. A thorough disappointment. I know that Shrek was also having a lot of issues with his. At the end of the day, I gave it back. I would not buy this gun until they work out all of their issues. When TFR was charging at me all that I could do was fall back or throw the gun at them. Mortar out. Also, Snake Eyes you kicked butt.

Shrek has one and I think the bugs are worked out of it. I don't think the Rip Clip adapter is out yet but you can always make one.

I have the bugs worked out of my TM7. The problem was the eyes. Where the leads were sodered to the board. BT replaced the Board and I have had no problems since. The gun is some what acturate but not as a hi end turny gun or Smeeds AutoCocker. It is an improvement over a Tippman. But it has its draw backs. The battery for the gun doesn't last long at all, and you have to use a battery operated loading system. IMO those systems don't hold up well in wet weather. But I have been impressed with what I've seen so far of the BT TM7 and Empire Magna loader that I use. I will send you a pm with the cost of the gun. Remember you will have to buy a loader.
