Howdy Walk Ons!
A few of my guy's ran in to some of you a few weekends ago at the TAW event. They reported nothing other than great things.
Awhile back I started a scenario woodsball community called, Ok Company (www.behindthegoggles.com). I've played paintball for most of my life and always enjoyed the realistic feel to it, not to mention the comradery. I know a lot of people out there love the game, but rarely have the people to play with or have the money to spend on field fees.
So, that in mind, OKC was born. We have 20 acres of private scenario field. Lot's of different terrain; 7-10 acres of steep hillside, tiered with spur roads, very tactical, 3 or so acres of semi - flat town area, and around 7 acres of flat rat maze.
It's a lot of fun. I'm not here to solicit the field, but rather network us as another stand up ambassador for the sport. We will be at many of the upcoming TAW events, not to mention a few others and we'd just like to introduce ourselves to the other positive players in the sport. I saw you on TRIAD's site and they had nothing but Great things to say about you all. So here I am.
That said, you all are always more than welcome to come out and play on our field. We have a game every weekend, generally Sundays. This weekends game will be Saturday.
We are located outside of Portland about 25 miles east. No fees, bring your own paint/air and have a great time. We do collect can foods from players before the game starts (completely optional) and then donate them to a charity each month.. that's kind of like our optional fee.
If you'd like, please check out our website: www.behindthegoggles.com
