I recently saw video on the SP1 Marker at our local paintball supplier. 5 minutes into the video and the sale was complete. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive marker that will more than get the job done then this gun is it. This gun can go through a case of paint on one 20oz. co2 tank and still have air left. It has single shot three round burst and full auto included in the original price. For $170.00 after tax I couldn't believe the price. It doesn't have many mods for it yet, but I'm hoping it will soon. I have only had this unit for a few days, but I'm already impressed with the performance. after the first case I shot through it, I only had one ball break. I'll be taking this up to the mountains with some of our local guys this coming weekend and really put it through the basics. If someone has any questions about this marker I will be willing to answer any that I can after this coming Saturday. You can also go to the Smart Parts web site and watch their videos.

For those of you who might be interested, the SP1 performed flawlessly. For such a short barrel, the marker was pretty acurate. At about 100 to 125 ft. I could send an 11 round burst and hit within a 10" circle. The size of this gun also made it very easy to crawl through the bushes. I shot 1 1/2 cases of paint through it in about 5 hours and did not break one ball. For those of you on a budget and want a good quality marker, then this gun is a must buy. I would be willing to bet Shrek might be able to locate these for someone through his outfit. My BT-4 assault has officially become my back-up marker after this weekend.

One more tournament under my SP1's belt. I am still amazed by this little marker. I have added a few small attachments to it. Today I had several people stop and check out my marker. They thought that it was some special order ultra mod. When I told them it was an SP1 they could not believe the look and ability of this marker. I was able to get myself out of some tricky situations with the full auto and ran most of the day with a 3 round burst. I could have gotten a more expensive marker, but I am glad that I didn't. It is amazingly accurate and compact. My BT-4 is not a bad gun, but I still could not bring myself to put the SP1 down and pick up my old gun and use it during a game. If anyone has any questions about this inexpensive marker, I am willing to answer anything that I can.
