The weather was a great surprise. With little sleep and a lot of good people to play paintball with, things couldn't have turned out better. One thing that was cool, was TAW had winter ball this time, so I think that D is listening to our requests. We had some good battles on Saturday. One of the best kills ever daytime barrel tags was when Kreeper came out of no where and barrel tagged me and another guy and in a jumping spin maneuver, tried to shoot Fiona, but they ended up shooting each other. Then I called for my medic and Smeed came running, didn't check arm bands and tagged Kreeper back in and then Kreeper barrel tagged Smeed before anyone knew what happened, then I put Kreeper out to end his reign of terror.
Another great battle was when the Walkons were taking FS 6 and we approached from the tower field, Lumpy, me, RD, and Hannibal pushed hard towards the tower while Fiona flanked around to the right. I got into a good spot with Lumpy giving cover fire, and started shooting Nerf rockets at the enemy positions. We eliminated all but one guy as we pushed forward, Fiona snuck around the side of the tower and barrel tagged him.
The best battle for me all weekend was when the Walkons and Reaper Army were pushing on the enemy CP in Scenario woods. Reaper Army had the South side and we took the North side. The lightning rod in my ratchet broke and I didn't know it at the time. So I called to my troops and said my gun isn't working all I can do is launch rockets now. I had the infantry fan out in front of me and start low crawling through the bush while Lumpy hung back with me providing cover support the guys out in front would call out the targets and Lumpy and I would shoot. We pushed through the enemy fast. The opposing general bugged out and we missed killing him, but it was cool cleaning my goggles inside their CP.
During the night games, Kreeper and Tripwire switched sides so they could run with the Walkons.
The Final Battle was a major ars kicking. Team Side of Beef took the right flank, Reaper Army deployed in the middle and team Walkons took the left. With team Suppressor and Cascade Commandos filling in the gaps, we pumped up all troops into a killing frenzy and when Damian started the battle, we charged down the hill yelling conserve your paint and air until the end. Our goal was to take the large barrier right next to the 50 yard line. We had it in the first couple minutes of the battle. It was hard keeping the troops from just wasting all their paint and air. We slowly worked a large contingent across the creek and to the next group of barriers. From the large barrier behind the creek, I set up some guys with large capacity to give cover fire to the guys maneuvering across the field towards the enemy. I was surveying the troops from my end of the battlefield when I noticed Smeed kneeling about 6 feet away from the netting with his gun lowered, just setting there and no one was shooting at him like he was invisible. None of the enemy even tried to engage him they were so concentrated on our front line troops that he had a shooting gallery. Needless to say, we dominated, we easily had over 20 bodies across the line at battles end to their 1.
It was a great game, glad to see Tripwire and Kreeper come over and thanks to all the other teams we played with team Suppressor, Cascade Commandos, Reaper Army, Side Of Beef, we had a kick ars group of warriors. Can't wait to do it again.

First mission we're heading toward yellow cp with me bein on point, I'm scanning the treeline for mayans when I hear "your dead, your dead!!" I spin around gun raised just in time to see Kreeper diving toward me. I stitch him up across the chest and shoulder while he gives me the same. Gotta respawn then we push toward outpost to stir up some trouble. There we find yellows swarming all over the woods, I sneek into the treeline, again on point and spot a few poor suckers..tap, tap, more bodies for the gods. I'm watching down the hill for tangos when I hear movement behind me, I turn to see a shooter walking casually down the road toward the base we were holding. I move in to get a look just as he shoots one of my squad, so I send him packing while my guys are doing the same to several others--then I hear Kreeper yelling to Tripwire to respawn so I walk out into the open and see kreepers ass sticking out. I take aim and score a cheek shot he dives forward and I land another shot to his hand....paint check!! no breaks......oh shit, adrenaline rush, I run up on him shooting over the top of the hay bales and he lands several shots on me....that I barely felt.
I regroup with my squad and we make an assault on yellow cp. I get into a position with my medic behind me i'm taking out yellows left and right, being healed every few seconds......they were getting pissed and finally tagged us out. Now I'm belly crawling toward their cp with my weapon slung over my back. I'm almost into their perimeter when my gun fires....point blank into the back side of my knee....ouch....dumb move.
My favorite part of the day: I was hiding in some blackberries and yellows kept trying to pass by me. I took out about 10 to 12 of them before they realized where I was and when they finally got me out, they yelled "WE GOT HIM...GOOD JOB GUYS!!. Hee....Hee....Hee. Yep, that was great!!

I would have to say my favorite part of the weekend was when me Lumpy and Fiona move down from our CP with Trabby Patty and get engaged by yellow we start maneuvering and Trabby then had a problem. So Fiona and Lumpy take care of him. I continued forward and yellow decided to split. The silence killed them to stick around for a fight. So I head up into little woods and make sure no one is trying to sneak into our CP while I wait for Fiona and Lumpy. Radio coms tells me that Fiona and Lumpy are heading back to camp and that the village is yellow. Smeed meets me in little woods and I tell him lets just walk normal right into the village and take the flag.
We walk normal no guns raised and very non aggressive. Right as a yellow tries to tag in Smeed raises the flag red and I give a guy a couple in the ars for his troubles. Me and Smeed slowly walk toward our CP unaggressively. After I give out 2 barrel tags Smeed is wanting action and splits up. Between the 2 of us we probably Barrel tag a dozen Yellow in broad daylight. Once we are finished we scream and rally the red, who were engaging yellow, to move up. All you see is an Army of red players heading through the village and then taking Church Hill by pure force. We end up flanking and trying to take there CP but the major push from Church Hill died out and we ended up giving up. It was very fun though and it shocked the crap out of yellow.

Great weekend to sling some paint down range. Highlights of the weekend 1st when we came up behind the enemy from behind when they were assualting our CP and on the front doorstep. They were all line up from side to side and thats how we took em out start firing at one side and go down the line like running your fingers down the keys of a piano and with each shot fired came the musical note of HIT HIT HIT HIT from all of them. 2nd When I hooked up with J-bolt in little woods and we walked up to the flag station and the guy about to tag back in goes " Ahh that sucks" and J takes out the guy that just tagged back in and turns his back to us and walks about 30 feet away. Then when walk up behind the force assualting our CP again taking them out one by one. J barrel tagged all the ones he took out but I was running as medic and decided to leave my marker behind so with no marker I still managed to take out 10 to 12 of them. #3 Final Battle I was working my way down to there side of the battle found a good spot in the wide open along the side of the playing area but on there side. Every time they made a push up that side I would just pick them off 1 by 1 rarely taking any fire back, they got me out twice when I was in that spot but every time I just went right back to it. I had guys run right by me and off the feild to fill up on paint and air but never realized I was occupying there territory. Final verdict the most lopsided final battle victory I've seen or heard of.
