Hand it to Packrat and say let me know what it needs, and Let me know what you want in return. Shrek also might know about them as well.

Do you know what all it needs? The SP8 is pretty much just an ION in a different shell, and also a different grip frame. If some of the problems with it are the outside, ie the feedneck, you will have to do alot of searching as they dont make parts for them anymore and not to many places made replacement or aftermarket parts for them. Here is the manual: www.zdspb.com/media/manuals/sp8_manual.pdfIf you have any questions feel free to haller.

Internals should be fairly easy to find. Between us all we can help get it up and running.

I know a little bit about SP8's and have *some* spares. Let me know what you are trying to do (pics are great). I'm not local, but may be able to help.
Example, for internal rebuild, take a pic and identify which orings you need and I can send you some. I have most orings. Maybe even a reg seat if you are going in there too.
I'm not really up on finding a spare board, but as mentioned an ION board works fine if you can find one. What's broken on yours? If it's just the trigger switch or something like that, it's pretty easy to resolder one. I should have spares somewhere.
Also I do have a stock trigger somewhere, but they don't really break. It's usually the trigger switch getting molested during reassembly.

Smeed! Glad to see you're still around too. I pop in every now and again to see how my other family is doing This was a super derail of the thread though hah. For finding a used board, ionowners.com used to be the place for trading ion/sp8 parts. Site seems to not be up right now though so I'm not sure where? You may need to brave PBnation For your board being fried, did it get wet or something? Sometimes the power button just gets chopped off if the board is forced back in - those are easy enough to replace if that's the case. You can run without the eyes to get started if you have a consistent loader. There should be instructions on the net to back down the BPS by setting dwell etc to help make sure you don't chop. A chop is a pita to clean on these guys Good luck!!
